Six steps to a second home
A conversation
A free call about your family: where you are now, where you would like to be, and when. Nothing to prepare.
Your options, in writing
The programmes that fit your family, side by side: what each one costs, how long it takes, who can be included, and what it cannot do.
Your decision
There is no deadline from us. Talk it over as a family, and come back with questions as often as you need to.
Preparing your file
You receive a personal checklist, with help at each step to gather, translate and certify your documents. The background checks are explained before they begin.
Application and investment
Your application is prepared and filed with the authorities. The investment is made in the way, and at the stage, the programme requires. Some programmes ask for one visit for fingerprints and a photograph.
Approval and arrival
The government makes the decision. On approval, your family's residence cards or passports are issued, and your second home is there whenever you need it.
It depends where you are going.
Choose a programme to see how long recent applications have taken, and how much time you would need to spend there.
