Overview

Greece offers one of Europe's most flexible residence programmes: buy qualifying property and your family receives a five-year renewable permit with no minimum stay. The permit gives visa-free travel across the Schengen Area and can be renewed for as long as you keep the investment.

Thresholds depend on location: €800,000 in the most in-demand areas, €400,000 elsewhere, and €250,000 for converting commercial buildings to homes or restoring listed buildings.
