Terms of Use
Last updated 4 October 2026
- This website gives general information, not legal, tax or investment advice.
- Programme rules and costs change, so confirm anything before you rely on it.
- Governments decide applications. No one can guarantee an approval.
- Your first consultation is free and commits you to nothing.
- If you go ahead with a programme, a separate written agreement applies.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use routetoresidency.com, its tools and our free first consultation. By using the website you agree to them. If you go ahead with a programme, you will be given a separate written agreement for that work, and it takes priority over these terms.
2. Who we are
Route to Residency is a private advisory based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We", "us" and "our" mean Route to Residency.
3. What we do
We provide general information about residence and citizenship programmes, tools to help you compare them, and a free first consultation. If you decide to go ahead, we introduce you to a licensed firm that prepares and files the application, and we stay in touch with you through the process.
We do not file applications ourselves, we do not decide them, and we cannot guarantee that any application will be approved. Decisions are made by the government of the country concerned.
4. Information, not advice
Everything on this website, and everything said in a first consultation, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not take account of your full circumstances. Please take independent professional advice before you make a decision.
5. Programme information
We take care to keep programme information accurate, and each programme page shows when it was last reviewed. Programme rules, costs, timelines and travel rights are set by governments and can change at short notice. Figures on this website are indicative, exclude fees unless we say otherwise, and should be confirmed before you rely on them. Amounts shown in another currency are approximate.
6. Our online tools
The Route Finder, the Compare tool, the 90/180 calculator and the question tools give general guidance. Some of their replies are produced by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a decision on whether you are eligible for any programme, and the calculator is a guide only: border officers make the final count.
7. Costs
Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation. The costs of any programme, including the investment, government fees and professional fees, are set out in writing before you commit to them.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give us accurate and complete information;
- use the website only for lawful purposes;
- not copy, scrape or interfere with the website, or try to gain access to parts of it that are not public;
- be at least 18 years old.
9. Our content
The text, design, tools and images on this website belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may read and share pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Other websites and services
We link to other websites and use other services, such as video players. We are not responsible for their content or for how they work.
11. Our liability
We provide this website as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from relying on the information on this website or from using its tools, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
12. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in force when you use the website is the one that applies.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
